About the speaker
Rachel Koh graduated from Newcastle University, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Food & Human Nutrition. A health educator and food enthusiast, she believes in equipping people with the knowledge to make healthier food choices while indulging in moderation. Her experience includes research work in the area of nutrition, particularly in the evaluation of nutritional adequacy in the meals served in child care centres and nursing homes.
