Proud father of two lovely kids, who at times pushed me to seriously consider editing out the word “lovely” from this sentence. (I am not alone in this.)

Adventure with Dad gave my son and I an uncommon opportunity to bond and create new memories together. It provided many teachable moments where we discussed values and determination. I’m glad I got to do this with my son.

Get ready for testosterone overload!

If you have been struggling to be an involved father but don’t know how to build a deeper level of trust with your son, here’s the opportunity. Adventure with Dad, another initiative of Focus on the Family Singapore, is a programme exclusively customised to help you connect and build trust with your son through outdoor challenges, fun activities and memorable conversations.

Held in conjunction with iLight Marina Bay, you will get to enjoy an urban father-son camp on the floating platform, providing a unique experience for you to sleep under the stars with your son. A host of activities, including a communication walk, night race, and dragon-boating, will be conducted where you will be challenged to model strength and honour for your son in your extraordinary role of raising your son into a man. The newfound discoveries about each other and memories created will be a significant and treasured milestone in your father-son relationship.

Adventure with Dad is recommended for sons aged 12-15 years old. For more information about this event, check out the FAQ.
